- Next of kin and emergency contact details
- Log of the dates and times of each volunteering session
You provide us with this information when you complete our application forms.
Where your role requires you to drive, we will access you for copies of your driving licence and certificate of motor insurance.
If successful, we will also ask for your bank details for the payment of any claimed expenses.
We will ask you to confirm whether you have any unspent convictions and we will also receive information from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) where a check is required.
