Affordable Housing Viability Study and addendum report
As evidence base for the emerging local plan an Affordable Housing Viability Study was published in October 2010 to assess the viability of affordable housing across Wyre, and advise on an appropriate level of developer contribution that would allow housing schemes to remain viable. An addendum report was produced in October 2011.
