How we process your data
The Leisure, Healthy Lifestyles & Communities team (The Data Controller) will only process and share your personal information to enable your safe participation in leisure, health and wellbeing and community programmes. Anonymised data will be monitored and evaluated to measure the impact of the programme which you have attended or to which you have been referred. The personal information collected by us will be stored securely and may include, your name, address, postcode, telephone number, school year, age, date of birth and health information where required.
We also use two online booking systems for some of our programmes to collect and share bookings with our providers as follows:
- Participant - for our Holiday Activity and Food Programme ;and
- Tickertape - for regular health and wellbeing events.
