Lawful basis for processing your data
Processing your data is necessary for the council to perform a task carried out in the public interest, in the exercise of its official authority or to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person in accordance with Article 6(1)( d) and (e) of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The council may also process sensitive data in accordance with Article 9(2) of the GDPR.
