How we process your data?
Wyre Council (The Data Controller) will only process and share your personal information to complete your application for funding for adaptation(s) through a Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) as required under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. The personal information referred to Wyre Council from Lancashire County Council Social Services will be discussed with members of an assessment panel to prioritise all adaptations. If you are eligible for a DFG, the information collected will be securely stored and may include, your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, national insurance number, health and financial information where required.
