Lawfulness of processing
Processing your personal data is necessary to fulfil your request to be added to the interested parties list for council owned properties and land available for let. This will be processed in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulations.
Wyre Council will only use your personal information to contact you when your preference becomes available or if something similar but not matching your requirements becomes available which you may interested in. We may also contact you from time to time to ascertain whether you wish to remain on the interested parties list. We will not share your information with any other party either internally or externally.
