How long we keep your data
The personal information held by the council will be deleted from its CCTV systems and any copies shredded when it is no longer needed for the purpose outlined above, in accordance with the retention periods stated in the information asset registers belonging to the council departments responsible for the operation of these systems, a copy of which is available on request.
