Local plan partial review (2011-2031)
The superseeded Wyre Local Plan 2011-2031 was adopted on 28 February 2019 and contained policy LPR1. This policy required the early partial review of the local plan with the objective of meeting the full objectively assessed housing needs over the plan period.
Regulation 18 Stage
One year on from the local plan adoption, a regulation 18 letter was distributed on 28 February 2020. Exactly one year after the adoption, Wyre Council undertook a consultation on the scope of the partial review.
A summary of responses document sets out:
- the reasoning behind the consultation
- responses received
- any changes to the scope of the partial review
- any action to be taken by the council
- next steps in the partial review
