Land west of the A6 at Garstang
The Wyre local plan allocates land for an extension at Garstang. This will create a mixed use development including residential and employment uses with the provision of a small convenience store. The local plan requires the allocation to be brought forward through a masterplan that will be used to guide the future development of the site.
The masterplan includes a vision and series of key design principles that will be used to guide the detailed development of the site. The masterplan was formally approved at cabinet on 4 December 2019.
