Issued licences
Once issued, the licence summary must be displayed at the premises where it is clearly visible to members of the public.
A copy of the complete licence must also be available at the premises for inspection by authorised officers.
It is important that all those persons working at the premises are aware of the conditions, licensable activities permitted and hours of operation. Licences include the following details:
- the name and address of the holder
- a plan of the premises
- if the licence is for a limited period, the period must be specified
- the licensable activities authorised by the licence and the times they may be provided
- if the licence authorises the sale or supply of alcohol, the name of the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS)
- licence conditions
- the approved plan of the premises
Once issued, a premises licence or club premises certificate can be varied on application in a number of ways. For more information please see the Apply for a premises, license or club page.
