- £100 fixed penalty notice for littering and early payment £80
- £100 fixed penalty notice for dog fouling & other PSPO offences
- £150 fixed penalty notice for fly posting/graffiti and early payment £75
- £400 fixed penalty notice for flytipping (depending on composition and amount of waste deposited)
Those issued with an FPN have a 10 day opportunity to pay at the reduced rate (where applicable).
If you choose not to pay the fixed penalty the case will progress to prosecution.
You do not have an option to pay a FPN in instalments, but should you be encountering financial difficulties you can email Waste Investigations Support & Enforcement Ltd to explain your circumstances, and you may be granted an extended period of time to pay the FPN (in-full).
All the correspondence sent directly to you will contain either the Council or Waste Investigations Support & Enforcement Ltd. contact details.
