As a part of this application you will need to provide:
• Proof of address – Driving Licence or Passport and Utility Bill
• Proof of income and capital – Wage slip dated within the last 3 months & any other relevant documents relating to other capital such as stocks and shares etc
• Proof of local connection – this can be proof of a permanent job in Wyre or proof of residing in Wyre for 12months+, proof of immediate family members residing in Wyre for 12months+
