All vehicle proprietors name on the licence must sign to give their consent.
The following must be returned to the Council when surrendering a vehicle licence;
- Old Plates - expired licence plates remain the property of the Council and must be returned - s58 LGMP
- Previous vehicle licence
- Previous vehicle windscreen licence disc
- Private Hire door stickers (or remains)
