Before submitting your comments via this form please check the list below as some issues are not handled through our feedback/complaints process.

We have a specific online forms for you to report issues such as missed bins, noise, smoke, anti-social behaviour, graffiti, and other issues in the local area.
If you want to give feedback about potholes, gritting bins and highways, please report this to Lancashire County Council.
If you are not happy about a planning decision, please follow the planning appeal process.
If you do not agree with your council tax bill or benefit notification you should follow the relevant appeals process.
If you want to complain about a councillor you can find out about councillor complaints.
