Terms and conditions
Wyre Council is committed to offering a fun and friendly experience at Wyre’s Family Festival, Wanderland. Please make sure you read the following terms and conditions carefully; we want everyone to enjoy themselves and have a great time in a safe and secure environment.
Tickets
All tickets purchased online via Ticket Tailor can be downloaded and printed or saved on a mobile phone for scanning on arrival.
We are offering an Early Bird ticket at a discounted rate for a limited time and then General Admission at the standard price.
The tickets offer entry to the event, access to the stage shows and all activities within the event zones.
Please look after your tickets and keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be refunded and lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Damaged tickets will not be accepted at the entry gate.
Tickets will be exchanged onsite for wristbands by event staff. Wristbands are non-interchangeable and should not be removed during the event. Lost or broken wristbands cannot be replaced, so please look after them. Anyone seen without a wristband by event staff will be removed from the site.
All sales are final and non-refundable except in the circumstance that Wanderland is cancelled by Wyre Council. It is prohibited to re-sell tickets for the event.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may lead to admission being refused. We do not sell wristbands; these are only supplied by event staff once tickets have been scanned and security has been cleared.
Gates open at 10:30am and close at 5pm. Open times are subject to change, depending on demand at the entrance gate.
Re-admittance is permitted as long as you have your wristband on.
Entry policy
Children and young people under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult for adequate admission.

Following the event, if you wish to withdraw your consent please email wanderland@wyre.gov.uk. Once the photographs and film are published and in circulation (especially online) it becomes public domain and may be copied and used by others. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of content which has been redistributed by others.
Wyre Council reserves the right to record CCTV footage for the purposes of safety and security.
