Garstang
If you’re staying for the weekend, why not visit the market town of Garstang? A true countryside gem steeped in history with a wonderful, traditional cobbled high street. Lancaster Canal runs through the heart of Garstang - amble along the tranquil canal side or treat yourself to a canal boat cruise stopping off at one of the many pubs and eateries to soak up the waterway. It’s the perfect place for relaxed shopping trips, scenic walks, lazy picnics, teashop treats and traditional pub lunches.
