Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome at Wanderland. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing an assistance dog by emailing us at wanderland@wyre.gov.uk.
Accessible parking
Very limited parking is reserved on site for accessibility needs only. To request a pre-booked parking space on site, contact us at wanderland@wyre.gov.uk with proof of blue badge.
Accessible toilets
There will be accessible toilets available on site.
Site access
The event site is fully flat, however the ground underfoot can get muddy in certain weather.
An accessible viewing area will be available for guests with wheelchairs. Space in this area is limited and strictly reserved for those with accessibility needs.
Lighting
The main stage performances include the use of a large digital screen which may display flashing imagery unsuitable for those with photosensitive epilepsy.
Carers tickets
Anyone able to provide proof of disability is entitled to a free ticket for a carer or essential companion. If you require an essential companion to accompany you to the event, please email us at wanderland@wyre.gov.uk.
You will be required to present one of the following forms of documentation as evidence of entitlement:
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA) proof of award
- Personal Independence Payments (PIP) proof of award
- Attendance Allowance or Carers Allowance proof of award
- Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) proof of award
- Nimbus access card
