Wanderland Family Festival

Presented by Wyre Council, Wanderland is a fun filled day for the whole family to enjoy.

Join us on Saturday 26 July at Cottam Hall Playing Fields, Poulton-le-Fylde to enjoy a live stage performance from beloved CBeebies stars Bluey and Bingo, and dance along to your favourite songs with the Boogie Monsters, ‘the UK’s multi-award winning, fun and interactive pop and rock band for kids and families!

• Meet a variety of weird and wonderful feathered and furry friends at our Animal Roadshow
• See our animal stilt walkers roaming the plains and grasses of Wanderland
• Enjoy a close encounter with the magnificent Elephant on Parade
• Watch out for Zeus, Europe’s largest walking T-Rex dinosaur!
• Begin your heroes journey with our Superhero Training Sessions, where our heroes will teach you how to block attacks and strike your own hero poses!
• Make music, discover new sounds, and connect with others through Play The Rig, an interactive, upcycled musical playground where creativity meets sustainability!
• Meet mystical Mermaid Athena, out of the sea and on land for one day only
• Step inside the belly of our 18 metre inflatable whale and be told seafaring tales!*
• Enjoy wild crafts with the Wyre Council Rangers, and make your very own bird box or bug hotel to take home
• Run, jump, climb, bounce and bash your way across our 70ft inflatable assault course!
• Younger visitors can bounce and play in the inflatable play zone, perfect for toddlers and preschoolers

Plus there’ll be a dinosaur slide, free face painting, selfie stations, and so much more!

*Spaces for the performance inside the whale are limited. Tickets to enter the whale and see the performance will be available online at a later date, which will be announced on Wyre Council’s social media channels. The tickets are free and available on a first come, first served basis.
