Your data will be processed by the council to carry its statutory obligations in accordance with Article 6(1)( c) of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) If you have provided us with special category data (such as details about your health) we will processing this under Article 9(2) of the GDPR. Where the personal information supplied contains details of criminal convictions this will be processed in accordance with Article 10 of the GDPR.
