Help with the landlord portal
Help logging in
If you have forgotten your username, please access the landlord portal and click the "forgotten your username?" link and enter your email address. It will send an email with further instructions.
If you have forgotten your password, please access the landlord portal and click the "forgotten your password?" link, then enter your username. It will send an email with further instructions.
Please ensure you are not clicking the "Sign in as authority user" link at the bottom of the landlord portal page.
If you are not receiving emails from the landlord portal, please check your spam or junk folder.
How to view letters
Once you have logged in you will be notified on the homepage if you have unread letters, which may include information about overpayments. Go to the "Your claims page" and enter a date in the "Unread letters created since". This will show a list of all the claims that have unread letters. If you click on a reference number, you can view the letter by using the link at the end of the page.
Information not showing regarding a tenant
If you were expecting to see information regarding one of your tenants, but their claim is not visible in the landlord portal it could be for a number of reasons, such as:
- housing benefit is paid directly to them
- they do not have a claim
- their claim has ended
Please note that if you are unable to view information on a tenant on the portal, it is probably because we have no permission to disclose information to you.
