Spend a few hours with the ranger team carrying out important seasonal land management tasks.
With a range of activities from tree planting to pathway works. Please dress appropriately for the weather, equipment will be provided but your own “work boots” and gloves would be useful too.
Suitable for all ages but no unaccompanied under 18’s (parent or guardian must stay with children at all times).
What to bring with you:
- please wear outdoor clothing and footwear
- any medication required
- clothing appropriate to the weather conditions
- stout footwear – flip flop style footwear not allowed
- a drink

Poor weather
A ranger/walk leader will be at the start of an activity whatever the weather. In extreme conditions, the leader of the group will take a decision on the day whether or not cancel.
