Heritage Open Days - A History of Fleetwood Memorial Park

Memorial Park

A walk around the grounds of Fleetwood`s Grade II listed Memorial Park. Booking is essential.

The Park is ten minutes walk away from the town centre of Fleetwood and the beach. During the early 1900's the private garden of a large house became Warrenhurst Pleasure Grounds. Then after the Great War it became a memorial to the fallen - Memorial Park. Its open spaces have staged major town events for nearly a hundred years.
