REPF rural business grants
Wyre have entered into a partnership agreement with Lancashire County Council for them to deliver the Rural England Prosperity Fund (REPF) business grants programme. 2 businesses successfully bid for funds and have delivered their projects: JJ Sandham, cheesemaker, for new machinery and JM and JO Pye (former Old Holly farm) for the conversion of farm buildings to small industrial units. These projects are supporting the businesses to create jobs, improve productivity and enable new to the firm technologies or processes.
