to Garstang Town Centre. Members of the Greater Garstang partnership board include Garstang Town Council, local councillors, Regenda, Myerscough College, Lancashire County Council and local businesses. The Board and Wyre Council initially commissioned a Regeneration Framework for Garstang town centre in 2021, within which Public Realm Improvements were identified as a priority. These proposals aim to address any challenges and opportunities within the town centre and to ensure the aesthetic wellbeing of the town so that it can better fulfil its potential and meet the needs of its local people, businesses and visitors alike.

Priority areas have been identified including Cherestanc Square and weinds. Land owners on the weinds have been invited to submit applications for improvement work funding through an open grant programme.
