Fit for the Future is a weekly health programme for the over 60s, designed to improve health and increase activity. The sessions are perfect for lifting your mood, meeting new people, and remaining independent.
Fit for the Future activities take place indoors and are disability friendly.
Sessions include stretches, balances, and a main activity. This is then wrapped up with some socialising.
Monday sessions
Monday sessions take place at Poulton 60+ Community Centre, 1.30pm - 2.30pm.
These sessions cost £3.
Wednesday sessions
Wednesday sessions take place every Wednesday at Fleetwood Library, 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
These sessions cost £3.
Dementia Group sessions
Dementia Group sessions take place every Wednesday at Fleetwood Library, 10.30am - 11.30am.
These sessions cost £1.50.
