Development of the Poulton Town Centre Regeneration Framework (PTCRF) is complete following a consultation held in November 2023 and the report being adopted by the council January 2024.
The council will work with the Poulton Partnership and/or relevant town centre partners to deliver key town centre projects where the council is identified as the lead in the report.
